Please read these terms carefully before using our education fee payment services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SLGEduFees, operated by SLG MULTISERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our platform, you agree to the rules, responsibilities, and limitations described below.

1. Registration and Account

  • You must provide accurate student, institution, and fee details.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized or suspicious account activity.

2. Use of Services

  • The platform is meant solely for paying educational fees (tuition, exam, hostel, etc.).
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal transactions.
  • Scraping, copying, or reproducing any system content or code is prohibited.

3. Payments, Charges & Reconciliation

  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways.
  • Service Charge: A convenience fee may apply per transaction and is non-refundable.
  • SLGEduFees is not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks or payment gateway providers.
  • The receipt generated on SLGEduFees is valid proof of payment and shared with the institution electronically.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • SLGEduFees is a facilitator; refund policies are determined by the Educational Institution.
  • Reversals for failed or duplicate transactions are initiated only after confirmation from the payment gateway.
  • Convenience/service charges are generally non-refundable.

5. Termination of Access

SLGEduFees reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected or if these Terms are violated.

6. Limitation of Liability

SLGEduFees ( SLG MULTISERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED) is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including delays, transaction errors, or data issues resulting from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

8. Updates to Terms

SLGEduFees may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
